Lavo.tv är ett norskt bolag som erbjuder videolösningar inom sport och underhållning. Tjänsterna inriktar sig huvudsakligen till privatpersoner som via bolagets mobila applikation erhåller tillgång till olika höjdpunkter inom sportvärlden. Tekniken baseras på den egenutvecklade plattformen som integreras med olika software-as-a-service (SaaS) lösningar. Bolaget grundades under 2013 och har sitt huvudkontor i Oslo.
LAVO-ME: Lavo.TV AS – update on funding process

Reference is made to release 26 February 2020 concerning the above. Due to
extraordinary circumstances, the process has been delayed.  The Company  is
still negotiating the detailed terms and conditions of the financing offer. The
Company expects such discussions to be concluded within 4 to 6 weeks. It is of
vital importance to the company that the new financing corresponds to the
guidelines from Oslo Stock Exchange.
Lavo.tv's technology has been improved substantially through 2019, and the
company will pursue new deals when the funding is in place.
