on Wednesday 29th of June 2022 at 11:00 CEST at the company's office at Lysaker.

Shareholders may also participate electronically via Teams. To receive a Teams
invite for the general assembly, please contact CEO, Camilla Nilsson,
camilla@kyotogroup.no before 28th of June 2022 at 16.00 at the latest.

Shareholders may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. In this
case a written and dated proxy must be provided to CEO, Camilla Nilsson, before
28 June 2022 at 16.00 CET, in order that the proxy may be controlled against the
Company's shareholder register.
