On May 30, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS, sold  8,151,679 shares in KMC Properties ASA (ISIN
NO0010360175). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its
subsidiaries, holds a total of  14,827,032 shares in the company on a
consolidated basis, representing 3.56% of the outstanding shares and votes in
the company.		

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:		
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB:	0,027%	
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS:	        3,517%	

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
