shares in KMC Properties ASA (ISIN NO0010360175). After these transactions,
Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, holds a total of 25,979,373 shares
in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 6.23% of the outstanding
shares and votes in the company.

Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 6.063%
