Livsforsikring, sold 466,762 shares in KMC Properties ASA (ISIN NO0010360175).
After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, holds a
total of 20,556,403 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing
4.93% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company. 

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows: 
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0,033%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 4,900%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
