Kahoot! AS ("Kahoot!" or the "Company") announces today that Ken Østreng has
been appointed to the position as Chief Financial Officer of Kahoot!, commencing
April 1st 2020. Østreng takes over the CFO role from Martin Kværnstuen.
Kværnstuen will support Kahoot! during the transition until the end of Q2 2020.

Prior to joining Kahoot!, Østreng held CEO and CFO positions in Confirmit AS; a
leading SaaS vendor for multi-channel Customer Experience, Employee Engagement,
and Market Research solutions. Østreng has been CFO in both privately held and
publicly listed tech companies.
