3 July 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from 16 December
2022 announcing a share buyback program for Inin Group AS (the Company).
From 26 June 2023 through 30 June 2023, Pareto Securities AS has bought 72,250
shares on the behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK 3,02 and a total
value of NOK 218,003.
Additional information on the buyback program: The program consists of share
purchases up to NOK 10 million and may be ended at the company's discretion
prior to fulfilment. The shares are purchased in accordance with the
authorization granted at the company's annual general meeting on 12 June 2023.
