18 July 2023 - Inin Group's subsidiary Nordic Inspekt Group AB has today
completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Swedish
non-destructive testing (NDT) company AlfaTest AB.
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 22 May 2023.
AlfaTest is a specialized NDT and engineering company in the shipping,
industrial and offshore industries. The company, which is headquartered in
Landskrona, Sweden, has a 20-year track record from NDT and TIC services. In
2022, AlfaTest delivered revenues of SEK 14.2 million, with EBIT of SEK 1.9
million.
The acquisition of AlfaTest will provide access to the attractive global
maritime market, where the company holds a strong position, and strengthen the
group's position in the Swedish non-destructive testing market.
"Not only does this acquisition give us access to attractive international
growth industries such as shipping and offshore, but it also strengthens our
overall footprint in Sweden - in line with our Nordic growth strategy. We are
very pleased to bring AlfaTest into Nordic Inspekt Group," says Niklas Persson,
CEO of Nordic Inspekt Group.
Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) is one of Inin Group's investment
platforms, headed up by Nordic Inspekt Group AB.
