Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Ice Fish Farm AS (the
"Company") on 14 May 2024 regarding the Company's intention to dual list its
shares on Nasdaq First North Iceland ("Nasdaq Iceland").
The Company is please to announce that Nasdaq Iceland today has approved the
dual listing and that the first day of trading is expected to be on 29 May 2024,
subject to the Company's publication of a Company description.
No offering of shares will be carried out in connection with the listing. Please
