Måsøval Eiendom AS has on 10 March March 2023 entered into an agreement with
Austur Holding AS regarding the transfer of 56.12% of the shares in Ice Fish
Farm AS (the "Company"). In connection with the share transfer, the ownership
share of Måsøval Eiendom AS in the Company will decrease from 51,361,866 to 0,
i.e. from 56.12% to 0%, after 51,361,866 shares are transferred on or around 10
March 2023, based on a total of 91,525,424 outstanding shares. At the same time
Austur Holding AS increases its ownership from 0 to 51,361,866, i.e. from 0% to
56.12%. Austur Holding AS is a company controlled by the same shareholders
controlling Måsøval Eiendom AS.
