Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", ticker: HUNT) refers to the stock exchange
notices in connection with the subsequent offering of up to 6,666,666 new shares
(the "Offer Shares"), each at an offer price of NOK 1.50 (the "NOK 1.50
Offering").

The subscription period in the NOK 1.50 Offering will expire today, on 1 March
2024 at 16:30 hours (CET) (the "Subscription Period").

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by DNB Markets, a part
of DNB Bank ASA or Fearnley Securities AS (collectively, the "Managers"), or in
the case of online subscriptions be registered, by the expiry of the
Subscription Period.

Subject to final allocation of the NOK 1.50 Offering being completed,
subscribers having access to investor services through their VPS account manager
will be able to check the number of Offer Shares allocated to them from 10:00
hours (CET) on 4 March 2024, i.e. before the expiry of the subscription period
in the ongoing NOK 1.75 offering. Subscribers who do not have access to investor
services through their VPS account manager may contact the Managers from 10:00
hours (CET) on 4 March 2024 to obtain information about the number of Offer
Shares allocated to them.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the
expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without
compensation to the holder.
