Oslo, 22 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") on 21 November 2023 regarding
the successful completion of a private placement of 260,000,000 new shares in
the Company with gross proceeds of NOK 130,000,000 (the "Private Placement") and
a potential subsequent share offering (the "Subsequent Offering").

On this background, the board of directors of the Company calls for an
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 6 December at 12:00 (CET). The
extraordinary general meeting will be held at the offices of Advokatfirmaet
Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, at Filipstad brygge 1, 0252 Oslo. Shareholders not having
the opportunity to participate physically will be given the possibility to
follow the meeting, vote and raise questions via Teams.

Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting must notify this via e-mail
to genf@dnb.no no later than on 4 December 2023 at 12:00 (CET). 

The notice with the agenda of the general meeting and proxy forms are attached
