Lokotech AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harmonychain AS, has today received
final information from the ASIC designers that the MPW design has not been
accepted by the MPW production partner. The errors that caused the rejection of
the design is not related to our developed intellectual property, and the
production partner has therefore waived the announced penalty fee of USD 80.000.


The MPW design is completed and participation is therefore set to medio November
2022.
