Lokotech AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harmonychain AS, today had a meeting
with the ASIC designers.

The circuit boards with mounted components and MPW-ASICs have now been returned
to the laboratory, and validation has started. The circuit boards have passed
visual inspection and initial tests for voltage integrity.

Validation of basic functionality - that the circuit delivers according to
simulation - which is the next step in the process, has begun. We will update
the market as soon as this process is completed and the result is available.
