Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 15.06.2022. Lokotech
AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harmonychain AS, has today received
confirmation from the ASIC designers that the MPW design has been handed over to
the MPW production partner. We are now awaiting confirmation from the MPW
production partner that the design has been received and accepted. Subject to
such acceptance by the production partners, and subject to the design not having
serious defects or deficiencies, we expect participation in the MPW run which
starts in July.

It is expected that the physical prototype is completed and tested around new
years.
