Kristoffer Gram, has today, 15 February 2023, acquired 1,100 shares in the
Company at a price of approximately NOK 139.3 per share. Following the
transaction, Ida Aall Gram holds 7,986 shares, equivalent to approximately 0.02%
of the Company's share capital.
