Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS) is pleased to announce that it has
entered into two new term contracts for two of the PSV's of PX121design vessels
with a prestigious international charterer.

The details of the contracts are as follows:

Contract 1: 
o	Vessel: PX121
o	Commencement Date: January 2026
o	Duration: 120 days + options

Contract 2: 
o	Vessel: PX121
o	Commencement Date: December 2025
o	Duration: 210 days + options

These contracts, made at market levels for this type of vessel, secure a
substantial portion of utilization and add revenues in excess of USD 6 mill to
the Company backlog.
