Fjord Defence Group ASA: PartnerTech Karlskoga Secures Long-Term Agreements with Major Defence OEM

Following its acquisition by Fjord Defence Group ASA ("Fjord Defence Group" or
the "Company"), PartnerTech Karlskoga AB ("PartnerTech") has signed a 5-year
Strategic Collaboration Agreement and an extended 10-year Framework Agreement
with a key global defence customer for the development, prototyping, and series
production of high-precision military components.

Acquired by Fjord Defence Group in August 2026, PartnerTech is a leading Swedish
manufacturer of strategic high-precision metal components for global defence
OEMs. Tracing its heritage back to the 17th-century Bofors industrial cluster,
PartnerTech operates production facilities in Karlskoga, designated a protected
security facility under Swedish defence law, employing approximately 250
full-time employees. The company specializes in full-lifecycle manufacturing,
spanning advanced engineering to serial delivery and testing in specialized
alloys such as titanium, high-grade aluminium, and copper. Approximately 92% of
PartnerTech's product portfolio is covered under Swedish Inspectorate of
Strategic Products defence export licenses.
