Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company"), through its subsidiary Fjord Defence
AS, is pleased to announce a new contract award, valued at approximately NOK 13
million. 
Founded in 2017 as a Norwegian defence innovator, Fjord Defence AS specializes
in next-generation mounts, tripods, pedestals, and weapon accessories, with a
strong emphasis on functionality, simplicity, durability, and maintainability to
meet the needs of modern soldiers and naval forces. The Company's core offerings
include modular weapon mounts compatible with key NATO light weapon systems, as
well as ergonomic maritime pedestals and gun wales optimized for harsh sea
conditions. 
Supported by a 100% customer-focused organization, Fjord Defence leverages the
founders' extensive international defence expertise in concept development, lean
production, and global contracts to deliver cost-effective, rapid-prototyping
solutions.
Deliveries under this contract are scheduled for Q4 2025 and Q1 2026,
reinforcing Fjord Defence's position as a trusted supplier of vehicle- and
boat-integrated systems that prioritize user safety, low-cost integration, and
lifetime support.
