EXACT Therapeutics AS announces that there will a delay in the publication of
the company's audited financial results for the year ended 31st December 2020.
The delay is occasioned at the request of the company due to the Covid-19
pandemic and the associated restrictions necessitating the various functions to
operate remotely.
Accordingly, the company will extend the publication of its annual report from
29th April 2021 to 18th May 2021. Consequently, the date of the Annual General
Meeting 2021 will also change to 1st June 2021. These timelines remain
consistent with the Oslo Bors reporting regulations.
