Nicosia, Cyprus - 27 May 2025 - SED Energy Holdings Plc (ex. Seabird
Exploration, "Energy Holdings" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
Energy Drilling has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for a material multi-year
offshore drilling contract.

The LoI remains subject to final contract execution and customary approvals. The
award is expected to contribute significantly to the Company's backlog and
earnings visibility over the coming years.

Further details will be provided upon formal contract signing and subject to
client approval for public disclosure.
