Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Energeia AS (the
"Company") on 25 August 2025 and the key information notice published on the
same day in relation to the fully underwritten rights issue in the Company
raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights Issue"). The Rights Issue
was approved by the extraordinary general meeting today.

each share registered as held by such existing shareholder. The number of
subscription rights granted to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to
the nearest whole subscription right.
