Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Energeia AS (the
"Company") earlier today in relation to the proposed fully underwritten rights
issue in the Company raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights
Issue").
Date on which the terms and conditions of the preferential rights issue were
announced: 25 August 2025
Last day including right: 8 September 2025
Ex-date: 9 September 2025
Record Date: 10 September 2025
Date of approval: Expected 8 September 2025
Maximum number of new shares: 1,033,333,333
Subscription price: NOK 0.03 per share
Ratio preferential rights: Each existing shareholder in the Company as of 8
September 2025 (and being registered as such in VPS as at the expiry of 10
September 2025 (the record date)) will be granted 0.8684 subscription rights for
each share registered as held by such existing shareholder. The number of
subscription rights granted to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to
the nearest whole subscription right.
