Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders and close associates of
primary insiders in connection with voluntary offer made by Fortum Consumer
Solutions AS

Reference is made to the announcement by Fortum on 2 October 2026 regarding the
final result and settlement notification in relation to the voluntary offer to
acquire 100% of the shares in Elmera Group ASA (the "Offer") made by Fortum
Consumer Solutions AS.

The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have
accepted the Offer in respect of all shares held by them and, where applicable,
have also accepted cash settlement of all vested and unvested share options in
connection with completion of the Offer, as set out below.

Members of the Board of Directors

Steinar Sønsteby, Chair of the Board, has accepted the Offer in respect of all
7,597 shares held directly by him and all 16,129 shares held by SS Holding AS, a
close associate of Steinar Sønsteby.

Live Haukvik, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 10,574
shares held by her.

Per Oluf Solbraa, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 7,146
shares held by him. Gudbrandsdal Energi Holding AS, a close associate of Per
Oluf Solbraa, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 7,682,161 shares held by
it.

Heidi Theresa Ose, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 6,511
shares held by her.

Anne Marit Steen, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 5,011
shares held directly by her. 
Sivilingeniør Helge Hopen AS, a close associate of Anne Marit Steen, has
accepted the Offer in respect of all 10,000 shares held by it.

Frank Økland, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 2,152
shares held by him.

Stian Madsen, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all 5,434
shares held by him.

Pia Haugland Tviberg, board member, has accepted the Offer in respect of all
1,160 shares held by her.

The members of the Board of Directors do not hold any share options in the
Company.


Executive Management

Rolf J. Barmen has accepted the Offer in respect of all 89,052 shares held by
him and has accepted cash settlement of 310,000 share options (vested and
unvested).

North Hill Invest AS, a close associate of Henning Nordgulen, has accepted the
Offer in respect of all 70,000 shares held by it. Henning Nordgulen has accepted
cash settlement of 90,000 share options (vested and unvested).

Arnstein Flaskerud has accepted the Offer in respect of all 46,529 shares held
directly by him. Solar Plexus AS, a close associate of Arnstein Flaskerud, has
accepted the Offer in respect of all 13,000 shares held by it. Arnstein
Flaskerud has accepted cash settlement of 140,000 share options (vested and
unvested).

Magnar Øyhovden has accepted the Offer in respect of all 54,600 shares held by
him and has accepted cash settlement of 100,000 share options (vested and
unvested).

Roger Finnanger has accepted the Offer in respect of all 10,079 shares held by
him and has accepted cash settlement of 140,000 share options (vested and
unvested).

Per Heiberg-Andersen has accepted the Offer in respect of all 5,000 shares held
by him and has accepted cash settlement of 146,667 share options (vested and
unvested).

Solfrid Fluge Andersen has accepted the Offer in respect of all 5,171 shares
held by her and has accepted cash settlement of 140,000 share options (vested
and unvested).

Jeanne Katralen Tjomsland has accepted the Offer in respect of all 27,258 shares
held by her and has accepted cash settlement of 130,000 share options (vested
and unvested).

Kari Marvik, who holds no shares in the Company, has accepted cash settlement of
70,000 share options (vested and unvested).

Following the transactions, no primary insiders own any shares in the Company.
