Oslo, 12 October 2023, Notification of trade
Geveran Trading Co Ltd. ("Geveran") has today, 12 October 2023, acquired
2,000,000 shares in Edda Wind ASA (the "Company"). Following the acquisition of
shares, Geveran owns 23,222,648 shares in the Company, representing a total of
20.68% of the Company's issued shares and voting rights (based on 112,314,488
shares issued by the Company).
This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
