Through Q2 2023 Edda Wind had four vessels in operation representing 33% growth
in fleet days compared to Q2 2022.
Highlights and main events Q2 2023:
o Revenue EUR 9,2 mill, representing 34% growth from Q2 2022
o EBITDA EUR 2,7 mill, representing 48% growth from Q2 2022
o Profit/loss before tax (EUR 0,2 mill) versus EUR 0,6 mill Q2 2022
o EUR 321 mill in firm revenue backlog
o 100% fleet onhire
o Equity ratio 60,1 %
The offshore wind market remains favorable despite some delays. The demand for
C/SOVs remains strong combined with limited supply. Purpose built Tier-1
vessels are proving attractive in the market as subsea tonnage exits offshore
wind.

Edda Wind is a leading pure play offshore wind service company headquartered in
Haugesund, Norway. The Company develops, builds, owns and operates purpose-built
Service Operation Vessels ("SOV") and Commissioning Service Operation Vessels

Edda Wind is creating the next generation of offshore wind service vessels and
