On 29 January 2026, concurrent with the publication of the Q4 2025 Report, the
Company announced its intention to hold a shareholder information meeting during
week 7. 

The Company will hold this information meeting at 17:00 on Thursday, 12 February
2025. 

The meeting will be held both electronically, by video conference, and with the
possibility of attending physically at the Company's office located at:

Karenslyst Alle 10, 0278 Oslo.

An agenda for the meeting, along with the digital meeting link will follow prior
to meeting start.
