Cyviz AS publishes its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024 today,
reporting an EBITDA of NOK 19.8 million and revenue of NOK 189.3 million.

Despite a decline in order intake compared to the exceptional Q4 2023, which
included a large multi-year deal, this quarter still marked the fourth-highest
order intake in company history, demonstrating Cyviz' position in core markets.

Key contract wins included continued collaboration with Aker BP and Aker
Solutions, multiple defense contracts across Southeast Asia, the Middle East,
and North America, and continued expansion with leading technology companies,
including Microsoft, Accenture, and IBM.

"We closed the year with a strong Q4, delivering solid growth in revenue and
profitability. Our strategy of expanding recurring revenue and leveraging our
in-house developed core technology through a partner ecosystem is gaining
traction, positioning us well for continued success," says CEO Espen Gylvik at
Cyviz.

Key highlights for 2024:

 * Revenue increased by 1.7% from NOK 585.4 million (2023) to NOK 595.1 million,
   reflecting stable growth across regions.
 * EBITDA grew by 30% from NOK 27.9 million (2023) to NOK 36.2 million,
   reflecting increased efficiency and higher recurring revenue.
 * Order intake for the full year reached NOK 620 million, affected by the
   extraordinary multi-year deal secured in Q4 2023.
 * Cash flow from operations reached NOK 33.7 million, highlighting improved
   financial discipline and profitability.

With a solid order backlog of NOK 380 million and growing traction for its
software and subscription-based solutions, Cyviz enters 2025 well-positioned for
growth.

In addition to this, 2024 marked the successful implementation of a regional
business structure and the commercialization of new business lines. The
Integrator Kit and Software Management Platform, representing Cyviz' in-house
developed core technology, are now actively distributed through an expanding
partner network. These initiatives are central to Cyviz' long-term strategy of
reaching 25% recurring revenue and a 25% EBITDA margin.
