Constellation Reports Full Year 2024 Results

Luxembourg, March 25th, 2025 - Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
("Constellation" or the "Company") reports today its Full Year 2024 earnings
release, which are available on our website ri.theconstellation.com. 

The reported financial statements are the Group's audited consolidated financial
statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards ("IFRS") as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board
("IASB"). The Group's audited financial statements prepared in accordance with
IFRS as adopted by the European Union ("EU IFRS"), as required under Luxembourg
law and the Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book, will be published in connection with
the convening of the Annual General Meeting, expected to take place in May 2025.
