today acquired 30.000 shares in CodeLab Capital AS at an average price of NOK
2,44 per share. 
Following the transaction Anton Bondesen and related parties hold 4.413.614
shares in the Company, corresponding to 30,74% of the outstanding shares.
 
Hofsnes Gruppen Holding AS controlled by Georg Pedersen, CEO of Cloudya, has
today acquired 18.700 shares at an average price of NOK 2.39 per share.
