"we" or "us"), an international shipping company focused on crude oil
transportation, today announced it will release its financial results for the
first quarter ended March 31, 2026 before the Euronext Growth Oslo market
opens on May 26, 2026.

On the same day, Tuesday May 26, 2026, Capital Tankers Corp. will host an
interactive conference call at 2:30pm CET (8:30am U.S. Eastern time) where the
Company's management will present the results of the first quarter of 2026 and
will be available to take questions.
