CAMBI: Grønn Vekst awarded a biosolids management contract in Eidsvoll, Norway

Grønn Vekst, part of Cambi's Solutions segment, has received an award
notification from Eidsvoll municipality for a service agreement covering the
biosolids management for the Bårlidalen wastewater treatment plant.

In accordance with standard Norwegian public procurement procedures, the
agreement is expected to be signed after the statutory standstill period has
ended, provided there are no successful appeals.

The contract represents new business for Grønn Vekst, expanding its portfolio of
municipal biosolids management agreements.

assignment. The contract builds on our experience in managing biosolids
efficiently and responsibly, with a strong focus on reliable logistics,
environmental performance, and beneficial use in agriculture."

Under the scope, Grønn Vekst will collect biosolids from Bårlidalen, arrange
transport, and secure appropriate final utilisation, primarily through local
agriculture in the Romerike area. The service also includes managing alternative
outlets where required.

The agreement has a firm duration of three years, followed by up to seven
one-year extensions, giving a maximum potential duration of ten years. Service
delivery is scheduled to start on 1 November 2026. The expected annual volume is
approximately 3,500 tonnes of biosolids. 

The total contract value, including all extension years, falls within Cambi's
Small contract category, which covers contracts valued between NOK 15 and 50
million.
