the financial year 2025. Both documents are attached to this release and are
available on the company's investor portal at investors.cambi.com/results-and
reports.

The annual report includes the audited consolidated and parent company financial
statements and related reporting for 2025. The sustainability report includes
Cambi's corporate governance report and sustainability disclosures for the year,
including reporting under the Norwegian Transparency Act and the UK Modern
Slavery Act.
