DIRECTOR SHARE OPTIONS

Benchmark announces that on 19 April 2023, and in accordance with the intention
disclosed in its Annual Report and Accounts published on 29 November 2022,
options over Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares")
were granted to Trond Williksen, Chief Executive Officer and Septima Maguire,
Chief Financial Officer, under the Company Share Option Plan (CSOP).
