DIRECTOR DEALINGS

The Company has been informed that Yngve Myhre, Non-Executive Director,
purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 38.35 pence per share on 1 March 2023, purchased by Nima
Invest AS, a company solely owned by Mr Myhre.

Following this transaction, Yngve's total beneficial interest in the Company is
1,326,401 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
