The Norwegian Media Authority (Medietilsynet) has awarded a tender for an AI
solution to Ayfie, with Ayfie Business Agent and Index (RAG - Retrieval
Augmented Generation) providing the core technology of the solution. 

The tender specified as a requirement that the solution must provide intuitive
access to generative AI capabilities while maintaining complete data sovereignty
through on-premises deployment. 

The solution must be capable of handling rights-managed search across multiple
systems (RAG), providing configurable AI chatbots for both internal and external
use, and offering access to multiple leading language models. The solution will
also provide employees with advanced capabilities including multi-step
reasoning, integration with enterprise systems such as SharePoint and
Salesforce, and the ability to export analyses to Word and PowerPoint formats. 

The purpose of the procurement has been to contribute to increased efficiency
and an improved knowledge base for staff at the Norwegian Media Authority. The
solution is also required to have a simple and intuitive user interface that
does not require extensive training, while ensuring GDPR compliance and that
data is never used for training external AI models. 

Ayfie's projected Annual Recurring Revenue from the contract is NOK 300,000 plus
implementation and added projects.
