Avocet Mining Plc ("Avocet" or the "Company") confirms that all resolutions at
the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders, held on 26 July 2017, were
carried as proposed.
In accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the Special Resolutions
passed at these meetings has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
