General Meeting of Shareholder ("AGM") will be held at 3pm on 29 June 2018 at
the registered offices of Avocet Mining Plc, 15 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EF,
United Kingdom on 29 June 2018 at 3.00 pm.
A Notice of the Meeting for the AGM and related forms of proxy will also be sent
to shareholders.
