Management AS has indirectly crossed the 5% threshold and now holds 4,4% of the
total number of 650'513'290 shares in Arribatec Group ASA.
Dallas Asset Management AS has 17'923'809 shares and 10,729,613 warrants in the
company. 

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
