Kjetil Kristiansen, EVP People & Transformation, on December 4, 2025, sold
shares in Aker Solutions ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Kristiansen sold 35,276 shares at a price of NOK 31.20 per share. Following the
transaction, Kristiansen holds 14,117 shares in Aker Solutions ASA.
