9 August 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by
Aker Offshore Wind AS ("Aker Offshore Wind" or the "Company") on 16 July 2021
and 23 July 2021 regarding the 2021 share purchase program for employees and the
Company's buyback of own shares to settle subscriptions under such program.

On 5 August 2021, DNB, acting under an irrevocable mandate from Aker Offshore
Wind, acquired a total of 362 000 shares in the Company. The shares were
purchased at weighted average price of NOK 4,5712 per share.
A detailed overview of the transactions is attached.

Following these transactions, Aker Offshore Wind has a holding of 1 177 000 own
shares.
