Akastor ASA: Sale of Skandi Peregrino by DDW Offshore

Akastor ASA's (OSE: AKAST) subsidiary DDW Offshore AS ("DDW Offshore") has
today completed a sale of "Skandi Peregrino" and received a purchase price of
about USD 21.6 million.
The transaction represents the final vessel sale in DDW Offshore and marks
another step in Akastor's strategy of value realization. Following completion
of the transaction, DDW Offshore has no remaining vessels.
