OSLO, Norway - 22 April 2026 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX: OTCQX: AGXXF: ISIN:
NO0010872468: WKN: A2QGQ) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") announces the signing of a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global technology leader ABB to support
Styrenyx in the areas of automation, electrical, and power solutions in the
European market.
Styrenyx is Agilyx's advanced recycling platform for polystyrene waste,
producing a virgin-equivalent styrene with lower carbon emissions than
fossil-based styrene production. Agilyx and ABB have executed an MOU governing
the development of ABB solutions as part of the Styrenyx platform for the
European market.
