COPENHAGEN - January 30, 2026 - 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG), co-financier of
the upcoming Invincible VS video game, today shares Skybound Entertainment's
announcement of 18 new Invincible licensing partnerships with a growing roster
of premier U.S. and international merchandise companies including LIDS, Super7,
Surreal Entertainment, and Steady Hands. This announcement comes just ahead of
the Invincible Animated Series' Season 4 debut on March 18th and the release of
the tournament-quality superhero tag fighting game Invincible VS from developer
Quarter Up on April 30th.

Skybound's Invincible licensing and partnerships program continues to build on a
strong, established network of dozens of best-in-class licensees. Since Season
1, key partners across direct-to-consumer, retail, and hobby channels have
helped bring Invincible consumer products to life.

The third season of Invincible set a new milestone as Prime Video's most-watched
animated season of all time, and with fan fervor higher than ever, Skybound's
licensing partners are bringing the Invincible universe directly to fans with
merchandise across an even broader range of categories, including apparel, toys
and collectibles, games, and more.  

In addition to its domestic partnerships, Skybound is focused on growing its
international presence through collaborations with leading global merchandise
and collectibles companies including Heathside Trading Ltd, Pyramid
International, Fotorama, and Cool Things.  

Co-financed by 5th Planet Games, Invincible VS is the first major game set in
the Invincible universe. Built from the ground up, the game features
fan-favorite characters, iconic locations, bone-breaking combos and
tournament-quality brutal superhuman tag fighting gameplay. Invincible VS will
launch for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC on April 30, 2026, with
pre-orders now live at select global retailers. Physical boxed editions of
Invincible VS will be distributed across the Nordic region by 5th Planet Games
under its partnership agreements with Nordisk Interactive A/S and across Eastern
Europe in partnership with Glomerk SA.

company's Invincible license includes stickers, patches, magnets, buttons, and
lapel pins.

C-Life
With a licensing portfolio spanning over 100 entertainment, music, pop-culture,
and lifestyle brands, C-Life Group, Ltd. works directly with major licensors to
produce fully licensed apparel collections for retailers worldwide. C-Life's
Invincible license includes adult tees and fleece.

Cryptozoic
Cryptozoic Entertainment is a fan-focused entertainment company dedicated to
creating the most engaging and sought-after products for pop culture enthusiasts
worldwide. Cryptozoic's Invincible license includes tabletop games, including
the Invincible Deck-Building Game.

Dueling Guard
Dueling Guard is a premier provider in the trading card game accessories
industry, known for crafting high-quality products with a passion for detail and
a commitment to premium materials. Dueling Guard's Invincible license includes
trading card game accessories, including deck boxes, playmats, binders, and poly

Fira X Wear
Fira X Wear designs ethically and sustainably produced apparel that resonates
with fans while remaining stylish and accessible. The company's Invincible
license includes hoodies, jackets, pants and joggers, trunks, swimwear,
leggings, bodysuits, and tops and shirts.

Galaken
Galaken is a pop-culture inspired eyewear brand that blends expressive design
with imaginative, space-inspired aesthetics that extend beyond functionality to
reflect personal style and fandom. Galaken's Invincible license includes
eyewear, cosplay sunglasses, collectible cosplay eyewear, and blue-light gaming
glasses.

LIDS
The largest licensed sports retailer in North America, LIDS offers fan and
fashion-oriented headwear and apparel across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
LIDS' Invincible license includes headwear, tees, and customized accessories,
including pins, patches, and embroidery.
Steady Hands
Steady Hands is an independent clothing brand known for its meticulous design
and use of pale colors, soothing tones, and relaxed vibes. Steady Hands's
Invincible license includes adult apparel, accessories, and home decor.

Super 7
Rooted in a love of retro toys, punk aesthetics, and nostalgia, Super7 is a
premier pop culture design house known for transforming fan-favorite franchises
into premium lifestyle collectibles. Super7's Invincible license includes

unexpected designs, Surreal Entertainment focuses on producing fun, fan-first
offerings that stand out while staying true to beloved worlds and characters.
Surreal Entertainment's Invincible license includes beverageware, kitchen
accessories, home décor, DashDancers, impulse items, and stationery.

UVS Games
UVS Games is dedicated to bringing people together through shared fandom and
competitive play. The company's flagship title, the UniVersus Collectible Card
Game, is a character-driven, multi-IP fighting card game that allows players to
step into the role of fan-favorite characters from beloved franchises.

Heathside Trading Ltd.
Based in the United Kingdom, Heathside Trading Ltd. is a leader in the

Heathside Holdings' Invincible license includes collectible trading cards,
non-standard format trading cards, non-articulated collectible figures,
keychains, cel-art frames, collectible plush, lanyards, pins, and other

Pyramid International
Pyramid International, headquartered in the United Kingdom, is a leading creator
