COPENHAGEN, March 14, 2023: At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in
5th Planet Games A/S (the "Company"), it was decided to approve the proposal.

1.	Proposal to authorize the board of directors to subscribe for new equity
interests in Skybound Holdings LLC
The proposal was approved with 100% of the votes present.
