Sandnes, 24 September 2025: Jacktel AS (the “Company”) has mandated Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today, Wednesday 24 September 2025.
A senior secured bond issue of up to USD 70 million with a 4-year tenor may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. The net proceeds will be for refinancing existing debt and general corporate purposes.
