Per Christian Goller, Chief Experience Officer in Aprila Bank ASA (“Aprila”), has on 21 October 2026 sold 30,921 shares in Aprila. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 13.5 per share. 

After the sale, Per Christian Goller holds, directly and through his wholly owned investment company Primera AS a total of 1,823,496 shares in Aprila, equal to 2.49% of the share capital.
