FOM Technologies elects BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab as new auditor.
At today's extraordinary general meeting, the Company's Board of Directors elected BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab as the Company’s new auditor following a tender for the Company’s auditing in connection with the Company’s desire to prepare its financial
statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab is the fourth largest consulting and auditing company
in Denmark and 100% Danish owned and managed. All shareholders of BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab are partners and work in the auditing company.
