Norwegian based IFE awards FOM Technologies an order of a pilot scale R2R production unit.
Not only is it the first machine delivery to a Norwegian customer, but it also constitutes the largest single order in FOM’s 10-year history.
FOM Technologies is pleased to announce the sale of a pilot scale R2R (Roll-to-Roll) production unit to the Norwegian public research institution IFE (Institute for Energy Technology). The system is designed for battery research and small-scale battery production and is expected to
be delivered in 2022. The machine sale constitutes the largest single order in FOM's 10-year history and the first equipment sale to Norway.
IFE is a Norwegian public research institute primarily focused on energy research. It consists of 25 advanced laboratories on different locations in Norway with a staff of 650 people and a 1 billion NOK annual turnover.
