Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS, a close associate of Board member Kristin Aase who is a primary insider of Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the "Company"), has today sold 100 000 shares at a price of 19.83. Following this sale, Espen Dahl, Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS and close associates will continue to hold 1 406 278 shares in the company, corresponding to an ownership stake of 7.14% of the total outstanding shares in the Company.
